Website Design Process:

Contact us for a free consultation! We'll ask you some questions, find out a little bit about you, your business or project, and will decide - together - what would be most beneficial for your website, hosting, graphic design, etc. needs. We'll provide you with a free, customized quote. When satisfied with your quote, we ask for a 50% deposit to begin work.

You supply us with the information we need to get started! This will include things like text information and photographs to appear on your website. In the meantime, we'll get to work on a layout and design of your website for your approval. Your input is crucial at this step.

We're satisfied when you are! You can let us know if you'd like to make changes to your design any time throughout the process. When you are completely satisfied, we will upload the completed design to our server so that you can check it out as if you were one of your visitors.

You pay us for our work! Once we receive your payment, we put your website on the internet for you. Now you're ready to pass out your website address to your current customers, set out to get new customers - and advertise your new site all over the place!

We help you advertise your new site! That is, if you wanted us to, of course. Aside from search engine submissions that are automatically included in our design services, we can submit your site to related classified ads, websites, linking pages, web rings, etc. The choice is yours!

Graphic, Print & Decal Design:

Share your ideas with us! Or, we can start from scratch if you don't really have any. Either is fun! We'll decide together what types and sizes of graphics/decals you will be needing depending on how you plan to use them. We'll provide you with a free, customized quote.

You pay us for our work! Pre-payment must be made for orders that will be professionally printed by our partners (offline advertising items). For online graphics such as banners, payment can be made once the work is completed and you are satisfied with your designs.

Items being printed by our partners: We will design the graphics and send them to our partners for printing - subject to your approval on the design(s). Printing won't start until you give us your OK! You will be kept posted on the progress. We will have the finished products shipped to us first so that we can verify the quality and content before mailing them onto you.

We work awfully hard for each of our clients. We're not satisfied until our client is satisfied and we take pride in all that we do. We ask that you please show us the same amount of respect and consideration. Please don't take advantage of our kindness and our willingness to please you, please pay us on time, and please tell others about us if you're a happy camper!
