If you are not happy with us during the development of your website and/or project, you will not owe us another cent and any monies you have paid to us up to this point will be refunded to you. However, you will not receive any of the design work and/or files and we will reserve all rights to the design (aside, of course, from any photographs, information, etc. that you have provided for use).

The legalese/fine print stuff: We can only refund labor charges in regards to design/development services. For example, if you paid us $500.00 to design your website (labor charge) and an additional $100 worth of products or services for your website (stock photos, advertising, etc.), we can only refund your $500.00 as we make no profit from the additional $100.00. We will always notify you and receive your permission before any additional charges are applied to your project - you won't ever be blindsided, don't worry! If there are any service charges involved in transactions between us (PayPal fees for instance), you will receive a refund minus the transaction fees/service charges. No refunds will be made for offline advertising items (items that have been digitally printed by our partners) as you will have to approve the design before it goes to printing.
